Service Description
Our focus will be on how to develop a level of individuality, awareness of value and inner strength. Our three foundational pillars of Empower, Illuminate and Educate are at the core of all our interactions and activities. We cover topics like Self love, Healthy relationships and Media Safety. Our activities are based around a well balanced curriculum that educates and cultivates personal development. Our goal is to make sure that after every meeting your little lady becomes more aware of herself and the world that she is living in. As your student gets older she will graduate from The Little Ladies workshop (11-14yo ) and will be moved into the Waging Warriors Workshop (15-17 yo) Foundational Principles Empower- This curriculum is focused on self value and worth. Our Wellness Empowerment curriculum is inclusive of self expression, and discovery. They learn skills of building confidence and Learning how to express their thoughts and emotions. Illuminate- This curriculum is focused on developing a core community. It is designed to work on helping young women not see each other as competition but rather as a compliment towards one another. We spend time learning how to develop Healthy Relationships, Boundaries, and expectations. Educate- We focus on well educated advocates for the future. Concepts of Healthy Relationships on Social Media, Advocacy and Creating space for more people! This is a place for no judgment, no homework, just fun activities and community. Your young lady is only allowed to be her most authentic self.We encourage you to enroll your little lady to get involved with other like minded ladies become confident , educated and dedicated to creating community.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your reservation please do so by emailing royaltyspeaks365@gmail.com 48 hours prior to your event. Refunds will not be given 24 hours before the event or workshop is scheduled for. Refunds will only be provided if cancellations are made within the specified cancellation periodA cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies. VERBAL CANCELLATION ARE NOT VALID. VERBAL AGREEMENTS FOR ATTENDANCE IS NOT VALID. Your child must be registered via our website or email platform in order to be enrolled or unenrolled. Once registration is closed it will NOT be reopened. Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided if cancellations are made within the specified cancellation period. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
